The Treehouse is a private, standalone cottage clad in cedar shingles and designed to feel immersed in the landscape. Inside, an open-concept plan unfolds beneath vaulted ceilings, while expansive windows draw in the surrounding trees and shifting natural light. A gas fireplace anchors the living space, creating a warm place to settle in throughout the seasons.

The compact yet fully appointed kitchen features Sub-Zero and Thermador appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction range, and speed oven, along with a coffee maker for unhurried mornings. In the bathroom, a custom Viola marble sink brings richness and character, while the indoor shower opens directly to a private outdoor shower.

The bedroom features a king-size bed, complemented by a bonus sleeping loft with two full-size beds. Accessed by ladder, the loft offers a tucked-away place to sleep beneath the vaulted roofline.

Nestled in the trees, the Treehouse's private patio features dual patio chairs, a fire pit, and a Goodland wood-burning soaking tub. Heating the water by fire is part of the ritual—allow a few hours to tend the flames and settle into a slower pace before enjoying a warm, chemical-free soak beneath the stars.  

Please note: When Isle Hill is reserved in its entirety or on family weekends, the sleeping loft is not suitable for young children or adults with mobility issues due to ladder access.
