Built into the hillside at the heart of Isle Hill, the Hill House is our largest guest residence, with expansive views across the meadow and spaces designed for gathering and quiet retreat.

The open living area pairs a generous corner sectional with a gas fireplace, while a cozy dining nook sits beside a fully equipped kitchen featuring Sub-Zero and Thermador appliances, including a refrigerator, speed oven, and dishwasher, along with a coffee maker for slow mornings at home.

In the primary suite, a soft curtain wall creates an intimate place to unwind. The spa bathroom features a custom-carved limestone sink, a soaking tub, and a vaulted rain shower filled with natural light from above. Upstairs, a writer’s loft tucked beneath peaked ceilings offers space to read, reflect, or rest, with two full beds for additional guests.

A generous outdoor terrace extends the living space into the landscape, where a private hot tub invites long soaks and an outdoor dining table and chairs for dining al fresco under the stars.
